Job Title: Field Sales Officer (Group Loan & Collection)

Location: Bhubaneswar
Gender: Male Candidates Only

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and enroll customers for Group Loan products
Conduct field visits to generate new business leads
Form and manage customer groups as per company guidelines
Ensure timely loan disbursement coordination
Handle collection of loan repayments
Maintain strong relationships with customers
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
Submit daily field activity and collection reports to reporting manager

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: 12th Pass or Above
Age Limit: 21 to 35 Years
Two-wheelers are mandatory
Valid Driving License required
Basic communication and field handling skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in microfinance/NBFC/field sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good local area knowledge of Bhubaneswar
