We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer with strong convincing skills and growth potential to promote and sell solar panel installations for both Residential (Subsidy-based) and Commercial (Non-subsidy) projects. The candidate must have prior experience in solar or field sales and the ability to convert leads into successful installations.
Generate leads for residential and commercial solar panel installations.
Explain government subsidy benefits for residential solar projects.
Educate commercial clients about long-term cost savings and ROI of solar installation.
Conduct site visits and client meetings.
Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
Follow up with potential clients and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business.
Proven experience in solar sales or related field sales.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of residential solar subsidy schemes.
Ability to handle both residential and commercial clients.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Good negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
