Job Summary

ABC Paint Company is looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kathedan, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, business growth, and building strong customer relationships. This is a field-based role that requires regular market visits and direct interaction with dealers, contractors, retailers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers, dealers, retailers, and project sites in the assigned territory.

• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Promote and sell the company's paint products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments.

• Submit daily sales and visit reports to management.

Requirements

• Passion for sales, growth, and career development.

• Willingness to travel extensively in the field.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

• Prior experience in paint, building materials, construction products, or FMCG sales is preferred.

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduate (preferred).

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
