Responsibilities:
● Utilise your sales strategy expertise to identify, onboard and manage a network of
agents, who can do credit card sales in open market
● Cultivate strong relationships with agents, offering support, training and resources to
maximise their sales potential, all while capturing market share effectively.
● Develop and execute targeted sales strategies leveraging your sales acumen to drive
credit card sales through agents from the open market and connectors segments in
Bangalore
● Provide strategic leadership and guidance, drawing on your expertise, to the agents to
achieve and surpass sales targets within these segments.
● Apply your sales analytics expertise to monitor and analyse sales performance metrics
within the open market and connectors segments, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing corrective actions as needed.
● Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends and agent
feedback, utilising your market capture insights to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field with
minimum 2+ years of experience in sales.
● Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, demonstrating strong sales
acumen with a focus on credit cards..
● Deep understanding of the open market and connectors segments in Bangalore, including
key demographics, behaviours and competitive landscape, to inform strategic sales
approaches.
● Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and
motivate teams to execute effective sales strategies and capture market share.
● Experience in agent management, sales channel development and performance
optimization, utilising your sales strategy expertise to drive results.
● Proficiency in sales analytics, market research and CRM tools, enabling you to
effectively analyse market dynamics and tailor strategies accordingly.
● Willingness to travel within Bangalore and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work
environment.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with
agents.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic
