About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Coordinator to join Miboo. The role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of field operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet sales targets and support the growth of Miboo’s business.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the daily field sales operations of Miboo.

Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, networking, and promotional activities.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing timely data, follow-ups, and support.

Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to share with management.

Prepare and maintain sales reports, visit logs, and performance records.

Ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns, events, and product demonstrations.

Act as a link between field staff, clients, and management for seamless communication.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, field sales, or customer relationship management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
