Field Sales Manager

Sales & Business Development

• Promote and sell architectural hardware products such as hinges, locks, handles, tower bolts, door closers, kitchen baskets, and glass fittings.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers in assigned territories.

• Expand market presence through dealer, distributor, and project sales channels.

Dealer & Distributor Management

• Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.

• Conduct regular market visits to increase product visibility and sales.

• Support dealers with product knowledge, merchandising, and promotional activities.

Project Sales

• Meet architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and developers.

• Generate inquiries from residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures.

• Ensure product specifications in ongoing construction and renovation projects.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely support.

• Gather market feedback and customer requirements.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product launches.

• Identify market trends and opportunities for business growth.

• Provide regular market reports and sales forecasts.

Collections & Reporting

• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and channel partners.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Submit daily visit reports, weekly updates, and monthly sales reports.
