Key Responsibilities
Market Penetration: Identify and onboard new retail shops and HORECA clients (Hotels, Cafes, Bakeries, and Restaurants).
Order Booking: Visit assigned territories daily to secure product orders and ensure consistent stock availability.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers and institutional clients.
Promotion: Introduce new product lines, such as dessert premixes and specialized spreads, to the market.
Reporting: Track daily sales activities, feedback, and competitor movement to report to the management.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 2 to 6 years of solid experience in FMCG sales (specifically HORECA or retail distribution).
Skills: * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of the local Surat market and geography.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
