Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with strong exposure to ISP solutions such as ILL (Internet Leased Line), Broadband, and enterprise connectivity services. The ideal candidate should have direct experience engaging with customers, managing the entire sales cycle, and driving regional revenue growth in the telecom or ISP industry.
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales growth for ISP services including Internet Leased Line (ILL), Business Broadband, MPLS, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closure and account management.
Identify and develop new enterprise customers across industries such as IT, manufacturing, healthcare, BFSI, and retail.
Conduct customer meetings, solution presentations, and negotiations to close high-value connectivity deals.
Work closely with technical, network deployment, and operations teams to ensure smooth service implementation.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and channel partners.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections to management.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies within the ISP and telecom ecosystem.
Drive regional account development strategies to expand existing customer relationships.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in ISP, telecom, or enterprise connectivity sales.
Proven experience selling ILL, broadband, MPLS, SD-WAN, or enterprise networking solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise networking and connectivity requirements.
Demonstrated experience in handling the entire sales cycle and closing enterprise deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to manage regional sales targets and customer portfolios effectively.
Preferred Skills
Existing enterprise customer network in the region.
Experience working with large enterprises, system integrators, or channel partners.
Familiarity with telecom infrastructure and last-mile connectivity solutions.
