Job Title: Sales Manager
Department: Sales & Business Developmet
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales targets, mentoring team members, building strong customer relationships, and managing sales operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Track sales metrics, prepare periodic sales reports, and present forecasts to senior management.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align sales strategies and address performance gaps.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
