Job Overview

Prima Scelta Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a result-driven Field Sales Manager in Ghaziabad. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on driving direct revenue through the sale of life and general insurance products. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy, target-driven field environment, actively identifying, meeting, and converting potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Field Sales: Conduct daily face-to-face meetings with potential clients in assigned territories to present and sell insurance solutions.

• Product Advisory: Understand customer financial profiles to pitch appropriate life and general insurance products.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to maximize retention, references, and cross-selling.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets.

• Lead Generation: Proactively source new clients through cold calling, field prospecting, and local networking.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven resilience, self-motivation, and a result-oriented approach to target completion.

• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or insurance (BFSI) field sales is highly preferred.

• Ability to comfortably navigate and travel extensively across Ghaziabad for client meetings.
