Sales Manager – Jio-bp Fuel4U (Doorstep Diesel Division)

📍 Visit Locations: Agra, Firozabad, Mainpuri, Etah, Etawah, Bewar, Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar, Shamli, Meerut & Hapur
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 4–7 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Job Responsibilities
Drive B2B & B2C doorstep diesel sales.
Lead and manage a team of District Sales Executives.
Generate new business and acquire bulk diesel customers.
Develop relationships with fleet owners, industries, brick kilns, cold storages, factories, construction companies, and agricultural customers.
Achieve monthly sales and volume targets.
Expand business across the assigned territory.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely collections.
Eligibility
4–7 years of field sales experience.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Lubricants, Fuel, Commercial Vehicles, Tyres, Agri Equipment, or Industrial Sales preferred.
Candidates working as Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or Key Account Manager are encouraged to apply.
Must own a 4-wheeler with a valid Driving Licence.
Willing to travel 100–200 KM per day.
