We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to spearhead our business growth across Uttar Pradesh. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales of our cutting-edge secure solutions, including payment cards, NFC/QR products, biometric card solutions, and instant issuance systems.
This is a high-impact, field-intensive role requiring a candidate with an exceptional network among banks, cooperative societies, fintechs, and large corporates within the region. Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition: Identify, target, and convert new enterprise customers across banks, fintechs, government institutions, and large corporates within Uttar Pradesh.
Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities through rigorous market outreach and consistent client engagement.
Client Engagement & Demos: Conduct high-impact client meetings, pitches, and product demonstrations directly at customer locations.
Product Sales: Drive sales across our core portfolio, including payment cards, NFC/QR products, biometric card solutions, instant issuance systems, secure ID solutions, and logistics fulfillment services.
End-to-End Sales Cycle: Lead the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting, qualifying, and pitching to final closure.
Commercials & Negotiations: Prepare tailored commercial proposals, structure pricing, and lead contract negotiations.
CRM Management: Maintain CRM hygiene with accurate, real-time updates on deals, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
Territory Expansion: Travel extensively within Uttar Pradesh to cultivate, develop, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Brand Representation: Represent the company at key industry events, networking forums, and client engagements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (operations, product, and delivery) to ensure seamless solution execution and high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements (Must-Haves)
Experience: Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales. Experience in technology, payment systems, secure products, or manufacturing solutions sales is highly preferred.
Industry Exposure: Direct experience selling to Banks or Cooperative Societies (selling any product/service, including stationery, printers, etc.) OR B2B sales experience in FMCG to corporates, hospitals, or pharma companies.
Regional Expertise: Must be deeply well-versed with the geography of Uttar Pradesh and possess a strong existing network of enterprise customers (ideally centered around Noida/UP regions).
Skills: Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
Communication: Fluent and highly effective communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Mobility: High willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory for client meetings, with occasional travel to the nearest office location for administrative work.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual CTC: INR 7,00,000 – INR 10,00,000 (Depending on experience and skill set)
Compensation Structure: Includes a 15% variable component + attractive annual incentives based on performance.
