We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to accelerate growth in the Healthcare / Homecare / Elder Care sector. The role focuses on direct sales, partnerships, and market expansion, ensuring strong brand presence and revenue generation.

✅ Key Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Experience in Healthcare / Homecare / Eldercare preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset with proven sales performance
Excellent networking & relationship-building abilities
Graduate / MBA (Marketing or related field preferred)
Age bracket - 21Years - 38Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by generating leads and closing sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and corporate clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction & retention
Track sales performance and achieving monthly/quarterly targets
Provide market insights and competitor analysis
