Drive Sales Growth in Haridwar & West UP Region :- The candidate will be responsible for increasing sales volume and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory (Haridwar & West Uttar Pradesh).
Develop and Manage Dealer & Distributor Network :- Build, appoint, and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors. Ensure proper coordination, stock availability, and smooth supply chain operations within the assigned region.
Target-Oriented and Self-Motivated :- Must be proactive, result-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to Travel Within Assigned Territory : - Willingness to travel extensively across the designated region for market visits, dealer meetings, customer interactions, and business development activities.
Identify New Dealers to Expand Market Coverage :- Continuously explore untapped areas and appoint new dealers to increase market penetration and brand presence.
Ensure Timely Payment Collection : - Follow up with dealers and distributors for outstanding payments. Maintain proper credit control and ensure adherence to company payment policies.
