We are seeking a results-driven, dynamic, and professionally presentable Sales Manager (Female) to lead new air conditioning sales initiatives. This is a field-oriented, target-focused role requiring proactive client engagement, strong networking, and consistent revenue generation.
Drive new business development for air conditioning sales in assigned territories.
Actively plan and execute field sales activities, including client visits and meetings.
Establish, maintain, and grow professional relationships with:
Architects
Interior Designers
Real Estate Broking Agencies
Fix, attend, and convert meetings into business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify upcoming projects, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, technical support, and closures.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, MIS reports, and client records.
Field-based role with frequent site visits and external meetings.
Travel required as per business and project requirements.
Female candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC / Air Conditioning / Building Materials / Real Estate–related sales (preferred).
