Job Description

Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner network.
Drive HVAC product sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Identify new market opportunities and onboard new channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans.
Support partners with product training and sales enablement.
Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Monitor channel performance and implement improvement strategies.
Resolve customer and partner issues to ensure satisfaction.
Negotiate commercial terms and business agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless order execution.
Travel extensively to manage and grow the sales network.
Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.
Maintain market intelligence and provide strategic recommendations.
