The Business Development Lead (BDL) will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition and digital payment adoption in the assigned territory. The role involves managing and leading a team of Field Sales Executives (FOS/FSEs), driving the deployment of QR codes and soundbox devices, achieving business targets, and maintaining strong merchant relationships.
● Bring and onboard a team of 7–10 FOS/FSEs on the date of joining. ● Drive merchant onboarding for digital payment solutions ● Promote and sell QR codes, Soundbox devices, and other payment solutions ● Monitor daily sales activities and field performance ● Manage, guide, motivate, and support the field sales team ● Train team members on sales processes, products, and merchant acquisition ● Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets ● Track team productivity and take corrective actions to improve performance ● Maintain strong relationships with merchants and ensure quality onboarding ● Drive business growth and achieve assigned territory target.
