Field Sales Manager / Key Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager / Key Account Manager to drive business growth in Mumbai. This is a field-intensive role focused on generating new business, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships within the architecture and construction ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Conduct regular field visits, site visits, and client meetings
• Generate leads through cold calling, references, and networking
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
2. Key Account Management
Build long-term relationships with •Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Developers••
• Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue
• Ensure repeat business and high client retention
3. Client Consultation & Solution Selling
• Understand client requirements and project needs
• Recommend suitable cladding and surface solutions
• Conduct product presentations and sample demonstrations
• Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and deal closures
4. Market Intelligence
• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand
• Share insights with management to improve sales strategy and product positioning
5. Coordination & Execution
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) for smooth execution
• Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
• Follow up on ongoing projects and payments
6. Reporting & CRM
• Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates
• Track performance against targets
• Use CRM tools or reporting systems effectively
Key Requirements:
2–6 years of experience in •Field Sales / Key Account Management••
Preferred background: •Building Materials, Construction, Interiors, Architecture, Paints, Tiles, Laminates, or related industries••
• Strong network in Mumbai market (especially assigned territory) is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive field work
• Two-wheeler preferred for local travel
Education:
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Salary- As per company standards
