Position Name : Territory Manager - Jamshedpur

• Qualification : Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  Computer Proficiency : Must Be Well Conversant With Microsoft Office, Excel, Email, MIS
  Software Proficiency:, MS Office (Excel), AutoCAD And Sometimes Simulation/Analysis Software.
  Product Knowledge : B2B Industrial Product
  Relevant Experience : Knowing Racking solution, Mezzanine, Mobistack (will be advantage)
  Language Proficiency : Hindi, English, Bengali (Very good communication skill)
  Key Responsibilities
  Site Surveys & Client Interaction: Conduct site surveys to understand client requirements, assess building constraints, and recommend the best storage systems.
  Project Management & Installation: Lead the full project lifecycle, from site surveys and installation to commissioning, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
  Commercial & Vendor Coordination: Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), quotations, and commercial proposals. Select and manage vendors, contractors, and installers for site work.
  Sales Support: Lead & work with sales teams to provide technical expertise in warehouse solutions.
  Required Skills & Qualifications
  Technical Knowledge: Expertise in racking systems (pallet racking, shelving, high-density storage) .
  Experience: 3–7+ years in warehouse solution sales, engineering, or project management.
  Communication Skills: Strong ability to interact with clients and negotiate with contractors.
  Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  On-time project delivery.
  Project margin/profitability.
  Installation quality and Space utilization efficiency.
  Salary Range: 35,000 To 40,000 CTC (Excluding Statutory Benefits), Negotiable.
