Job Description: Field Sales Manager

Salary: ₹50,000–₹75,000 per month
Annual Package: ₹6–₹9 lakh per annum

Role Objective

We require a result-oriented Field Sales Manager to generate enquiries, develop institutional clients and close profitable orders for SIFRA Fire Extinguishers, CCTV systems, DG sets and MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business through regular field meetings with architects, electrical and fire consultants, interior designers, contractors and project-management consultants.

• Generate business from hotels, hospitals, malls, data centres, BPOs, corporate offices, industries and commercial establishments.

• Obtain product approvals, vendor registrations, tender enquiries and project specifications.

• Conduct site visits, understand requirements and coordinate quotations, technical presentations and demonstrations.

• Build a strong sales pipeline and independently negotiate and close orders.

• Maintain disciplined follow-up of enquiries, proposals and opportunities through CRM.

• Coordinate with internal technical, estimation and execution teams.

• Develop channel partners, dealers and institutional accounts where required.

• Track competitors, upcoming projects and market opportunities.

Key Result Areas — KRAs

• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales, order-booking and gross-margin targets.

• Conduct a minimum number of productive client and consultant meetings every week.

• Generate qualified enquiries and maintain a healthy three-month sales pipeline.

• Secure approvals and specifications from targeted consultants and architects.

• Ensure timely submission and systematic follow-up of quotations.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly sales-performance reports.

• Develop new institutional accounts while generating repeat business from existing clients.

• Improve enquiry-to-order conversion and payment collection.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum six years’ proven experience in field sales or business development involving consultants, architects and institutional clients.

• Existing professional network in Delhi-NCR will be strongly preferred.

• Relevant experience in fire safety, CCTV, DG sets, electrical systems, MEP projects or allied technical products.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and order-closing abilities.

• Must be comfortable with extensive field travel and measurable revenue targets.

• Candidate should have a personal vehicle, valid driving licence, laptop and smartphone.

Important: This is a target-driven field-sales position. Candidates experienced only in desk sales, telecalling, lead coordination or general marketing without proven order closures should not apply.
