Job Objective

To generate new B2B business by visiting garment shops, wholesalers, retailers, corporate buyers, schools, colleges, institutions, printing/customisation businesses, fashion brands and other bulk T-shirt buyers, and convert them into regular BRATMA customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outdoor visits to potential garment and T-shirt buyers.

• Generate new B2B leads through market visits, references, exhibitions and local networking.

• Visit garment retailers, wholesalers, distributors, resellers, corporate houses, schools, colleges and customised T-shirt businesses.

• Present BRATMA's T-shirt range, fabric quality, GSM, colours, sizes, finishing and customization options.

• Carry product samples/catalogues and demonstrate the quality to prospective buyers.

• Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations with the support of the office team.

• Follow up regularly through WhatsApp, phone calls and personal visits until order closure.

• Develop long-term relationships and increase repeat orders.

• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, products and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts teams for customer orders and payments.

• Maintain all leads, meetings, quotations, follow-ups and orders in the CRM every day.

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Daily Activity Target

• 15–20 physical customer visits/day

• 30+ follow-up calls/day

• Minimum 5–10 new qualified leads/day

• Update every visit and follow-up in CRM on the same day.

• Submit a daily sales/visit report.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong convincing and sales-closing ability.

• Knowledge of garments/T-shirts/textiles preferred.

• Comfortable with extensive outdoor travel.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps and CRM.

• Ability to build relationships with shop owners and business decision-makers.

• Target-oriented and disciplined.

• Bengali + Hindi + basic English preferred.

Important Performance Parameters

The candidate will be evaluated on:

New Leads → Meetings → Quotations → Orders → Repeat Orders → Collections

Simply making visits will not be considered sufficient. The primary objective is to generate actual business and recurring customers.
