Field Sales Manager

BlackBuck is hiring an Accounts Management Officer / Partner (Field Sales) for Thoothukudi location!

We are looking for a motivated and energetic field sales professional with minimum 1 year of experience in sales or account management. In this role you will be visiting transport markets across the city to identify and acquire new customers, selling load board subscriptions priced at ₹4,000 per subscription. You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, handling their queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving your monthly sales targets and submitting regular reports.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a willingness to travel for field work on a daily basis. Basic knowledge of the logistics industry will be an added advantage. Candidates must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler as these are mandatory requirements for this role.
