Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Manager to expand the footprint of Power Plus Lubricants. Your primary mission will be two-fold: identifying and appointing new dealers to our network and engaging directly with end-consumers (B2C) to drive brand loyalty and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Acquisition: Identify potential distributors and workshops to appoint them as authorized dealers for Power Plus lubricants.
Direct Sales (B2C): Meet with individual customers and vehicle owners to demonstrate product benefits and close sales.
Market Expansion: Utilize cold calling, shop-to- shop visits, and professional presentations to capture new market segments.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional bonds with dealers to ensure consistent ordering and brand advocacy.
Strategy & Reporting: Research local market trends to develop creative sales strategies. Provide daily/weekly reports on sales metrics and customer feedback to management.
Database Management: Maintain an organized record of all leads, active dealers, and customer interactions.
