• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per Month

• Fuel Allowance: ₹2,000 per Month

• Performance Incentive: ₹2,000 on 100% Target Achievement

### Working Days

• Monday to Saturday

• Sunday Fixed Off

### Educational Qualification

• 10th Pass / 12th Pass

• Graduate candidates may also apply

### Skills Required

• Good Communication Skills

• Basic Smartphone Knowledge

• Ability to Interact with Customers

• Field Marketing / Field Sales Experience Preferred

## Job Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition and digital account onboarding activities.

### Daily Work Process

1. Meet prospective customers in the assigned area.

2. Explain the benefits of the digital banking application.

3. Assist customers in downloading the application.

4. Complete customer registration process.

5. Support customers in completing Video KYC.

6. Ensure successful fund addition in the account.

7. Complete one transaction/recharge/payment (₹10–₹20) from the same account.

8. Collect and submit completion proof.

### Mandatory Proof Submission

For every successful account activation, the following details must be submitted:

✅ Customer Name

✅ Mobile Number

✅ Fund Added Screenshot

✅ Application Home Screen Screenshot

✅ Successful Transaction/Recharge Proof

### Daily Target

• Minimum 7 Successful Account Activations Per Day

### Completion Criteria

An account will be considered completed only when:

✔ Application Downloaded

✔ Registration Completed

✔ Video KYC Completed

✔ Fund Added Successfully

✔ Transaction/Recharge Completed

✔ Required Screenshots Submitted

✔ Customer Details Updated

### Preferred Candidate

• Experience in Field Marketing, Sales, Banking, Fintech, Telecom or Customer Acquisition

• Confident in interacting with customers

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Comfortable with outdoor field work
