We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, driving sales, and increasing market share for our paint products in the assigned territory. This role requires daily field visits, market analysis, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Identify and approach potential dealers, distributors, contractors, and retailers in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets for decorative and/or industrial paints.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with the technical and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Provide product demonstrations and technical support as required.
Submit daily reports, DSR (Daily Sales Report), and maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and marketing activities to boost brand visibility.
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in the paint, construction, or FMCG industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with Indore and surrounding territories is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
