A Field Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and selling products/services face-to-face in a designated territory, involving travel, product demos, needs analysis, negotiation, and consistent CRM updates to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Key duties include route planning, presenting solutions, handling queries, closing deals, and reporting on performance, making them the company's direct link to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Management:
Identify, visit, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong ties with current clients.
Sales & Presentations:
Conduct on-site product demonstrations, explain features, and tailor solutions to client needs.
Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals that benefit both the client and the company.
Reporting & Admin:
Update CRM, log interactions, generate sales reports, and monitor competitor activities.
Relationship Building:
Follow up with clients, address concerns, and build long-lasting trust.
Territory Management:
Plan daily routes, manage client visits, and strategically cover assigned areas.
