Ltd., a 17-year-old industry leader with four state-of-the-art manufacturing units in Tamil Nadu and a robust presence across South India, is looking for a driven and customer-focused Techno-Commercial Sales Engineer. Specializing in innovative building material solutions such as Rocotile (roofing solutions) and Bioman (eco-friendly construction chemicals), Homegenie offers a dynamic platform for professionals to excel. This role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive sales, manage strategic client relationships, and support the delivery of cutting-edge products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction or building materials sales and a passion for growing long-term business partnerships.
· Identify and convert new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
· Promote Rocotile and Bioman products to builders, architects, and contractors.
· Conduct site visits and provide pre- and post-sales technical consultations.
· Prepare competitive quotations and support tender/bid submissions.
· Understand client needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
· Negotiate pricing, close deals, and manage customer contracts effectively.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
· Build long-term client relationships and ensure high post-sales satisfaction.
