🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through site visits, references, and marketing campaigns.

Meet potential clients and explain property details.

Conduct property site visits and show projects to customers.

Follow up with interested buyers to convert leads into sales.

Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support.

Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for campaigns and promotions.

Maintain daily reports of meetings, calls, and site visits.

Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements.

🎓 Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (any field preferred).

0–3 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

🛠 Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of real estate market and property sales.

Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Customer handling and persuasion skills.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email).

🚗 Other Requirements

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (often required).

Willingness to work in field and meet clients.

💰 Salary (Typical in cities like Ahemdabad)

₹12,000 – 20,000 per month + incentives/commission depending on sales.
