We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell postpaid telecom connections. The candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, customer acquisition, and achieving monthly targets.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for postpaid telecom services through field visits
Generate leads via cold calling, references, and local area activities
Explain product plans, offers, and benefits to customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain proper documentation and KYC compliance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with team leaders for performance updates
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with field work and target-based role
Prior telecom or sales experience is an advantage
