फील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव

Looking for a Field Sales Executive to join one of our client.

The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local merchants and acquire new merchants for payment solutions.

• Promote and sell QR/payment systems and other merchant products.

• Generate leads for merchant/business loans and explain loan offerings.

• Assist interested merchants with the loan application and onboarding process.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into active merchants.

• Achieve assigned sales, acquisition and lead-generation targets.

• Maintain merchant relationships and complete required KYC/documentation.

• Manage daily field activities and reporting.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / BFSI / FinTech preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.

• Comfortable with field visits and target-based sales.

• Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum qualification is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience.
