Find new clients for the steel scrap trading business.
Regular visits to scrap trading firms, foundries, and industrial units.
Mandatory visit to at least 3 companies/foundries daily.
Collect market rates, competitor information, and other business-related data.
Share daily visit reports and client information with management.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers and buyers.
Negotiate rates for scrap purchase and sales.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams. Experience in steel scrap / metal trading sales will be preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in field sales and marketing.
Ability to complete daily visits and achieve targets.
Two-wheeler mandatory (with helmet).
Valid driving license required.
Android mobile phone mandatory.
Knowledge of local industrial areas and foundries will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated and ready for field work.
