Build relationships with agents and support them in generating business.
Assist agents in selling motor insurance policies.
Coordinate with agents for lead generation and policy issuance.
Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with channel partners.
Help achieve monthly business targets.
Maintain records and reports of agent performance
