Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: As per assigned area
Industry: CP Fittings / Bathware / Sanitaryware
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales through dealers, distributors, plumbers, and contractors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Appoint new dealers and expand the distribution network
Conduct market visits, plumber meets, and dealer meetings
Collect orders and ensure timely payment follow-ups
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales coordination
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Maintain daily sales reports and update management regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in CP fittings / bathware / sanitaryware sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong market knowledge of the assigned territory
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Two-wheeler mandatory
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Local resident of the assigned area
Experience with brands like Jaquar, Hindware, Astral Bathware, Cera, etc.
