Career Opportunity – B2C Field Sales

Work Location: All over Bengaluru

Position: Management Trainee / Security Consultant / Sales Executive

Salary: ₹4–6 LPA + Conveyance + Incentives

About V Protect:

V Protect is a tech-enabled security solution offering 24×7 alarm monitoring and rapid response for homes and small businesses, backed by SIS Group’s trusted security network.

Job Role:

Sell V Protect security services to homes and small businesses

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local outreach

Explain products, give demos, and close sales

Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure good customer experience

Eligibility:

Male candidates below 35 years

Education: Graduate / MBA Freshers (PUC accepted with relevant experience)

Experience in B2C / Field Sales preferred (Telecom, Fintech, Consumer Durables, Security, etc.)

Must own a bike with valid DL & RC

Good communication skills and willingness to work in field sales

Work Details:

Working Days: 6 days (Sunday fixed off)

Working Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What We Offer:

Salary offered - 35,000 to 50,000 up to - Depends on candidate performance and last take home

• Willingness for direct sales / B2C sales

• Experience in consumer durables, fintech, telecom, or home security systems preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
