Ensure proper documentation and KYC for new broadband connections.
Coordinate with the installation and backend teams for timely service activation.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly broadband sales targets.
Maintain good customer relationships for renewals and referrals.
Provide accurate feedback about market trends and competitor activities.
Handle customer queries related to broadband services and plans.
Ensure customer satisfaction and represent Airtel’s brand professionally in the field.
Maintain store hygiene, product display, and ensure smooth daily operations.
