Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (EDC Machines)

Job Summary:
Responsible for acquiring new merchants, promoting and selling PhonePe EDC/POS machines, Smart Speakers, QR solutions, and ensuring merchant activation and retention. This is a field-sales role focused on business growth and merchant relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new merchants, retailers, petrol pumps, and businesses.

• Promote and sell PhonePe EDC/POS machines, Smart Speakers, and QR payment solutions.

• Conduct field visits for lead generation and merchant acquisition.

• Complete merchant onboarding and KYC documentation.

• Install and activate EDC machines at merchant locations.

• Train merchants on device usage and digital payment solutions.

• Build strong relationships with merchants and provide after-sales support.

• Resolve merchant issues related to devices and transactions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Track competitor activities and market opportunities.

• Maintain sales reports and CRM updates.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of digital payments and fintech products.

• Ability to work independently in the field.

Eligibility

• Graduate (12th Pass may be accepted for some locations).

• Experience in EDC/POS, fintech, telecom, banking, or FMCG sales preferred.

• Own bike and valid driving license.

• Android smartphone required for reporting and CRM activities.
