We are looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to promote and sell medical laboratory equipment to diagnostic centers, pathology labs, hospitals, and research institutions.
Your role will focus on business development, client relationship management, product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.
Identify and visit pathology labs, hospitals, diagnostic centers in the assigned territory
Promote and sell products:
Hematology Analyzers
Biochemistry Analyzers
Electrolyte Analyzers
PCR / ELISA Systems
Centrifuges, Microscopes, Incubators, etc.
Conduct product demos and explain technical features to customers
Generate new leads and maintain regular follow-ups
Build strong relationships with lab technicians, doctors, and purchase managers
Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain reports for visits, inquiries, demos, and conversions
Coordinate with the service team for installations and support
Collect feedback to improve market reach
Preferred: B.Sc / M.Sc (Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology)
OR Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT)
OR Any graduate with experience in medical or lab equipment sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Must have a two-wheeler for field visits
