Solar Field Sales Executive

Role Overview;

We are hiring a Solar Field Sales Executive who will work in assigned areas of Ahmedabad city to

identify, generate, and close residential solar rooftop leads. The role is target-driven and offers

fixed salary, petrol allowance, and attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities;

 Work in areas assigned by the company within Ahmedabad

 Identify and generate residential solar leads (self-sourcing)

 Visit homeowners and explain residential rooftop solar solutions

 Conduct basic requirement understanding and coordinate site visits

 Convert leads into confirmed residential solar orders

 Achieve monthly sales targets

 Maintain daily records of visits, leads, and follow-ups

 Coordinate with internal technical and documentation teams

 Build trust and long-term relationships with customers

Required Skills;

 Strong communication and convincing skills

 Experience in field sales (residential-focused preferred)

 Target-oriented and self-motivated

 Basic knowledge of smartphone apps, WhatsApp, Excel

 Ability to work independently in the field

Qualification & Experience;

 Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

 0–3 years’ experience in field sales

 Solar / real estate / insurance / telecom sales experience preferred

 Must have two-wheeler & valid driving license
