Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Panvel, Mumbai)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits to meet potential customers and generate leads
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
Present and explain company products/services to clients
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role
Good communication and negotiation skills
Must be comfortable with field work and target-based job
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory
Basic knowledge of the local market preferred
