Job Purpose:
To actively promote and sell diesel cards to customers, ensuring they understand the product’s features, benefits, and value in managing fuel expenses efficiently. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote & Sell Diesel Cards:
Actively promote and sell diesel card products to transporters, fleet owners, logistics companies, and individual vehicle owners.
Understand Customer Needs:
Assess the fuel consumption patterns and payment preferences of customers to recommend suitable diesel card solutions.
Lead Generation:
Source and develop new leads through field visits, networking, telecalling, and market research to expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Product Education:
Explain diesel card features such as cashback, fuel discounts, credit period, and digital tracking benefits to ensure customers understand the product completely.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the operations and credit teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and timely activation of diesel cards.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about competitor offerings, fuel price trends, and new developments in fleet management and payment solutions.
Issue Resolution:
Handle customer queries and resolve any issues related to diesel card usage, payments, or limits promptly and professionally.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of vehicle/fleet operations or fuel management.
Experience in B2B or field sales preferred.
Basic computer and mobile app handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
Ability to travel locally for client meetings and field visits.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial products, fuel cards, logistics, or similar sectors.
