Job Title: Field Representative (NGO)

Location: Kanpur, UP
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Internship to convert into Full-time

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Field Representative to support our NGO initiatives on the ground. The candidate will play a key role in implementing programs, engaging with communities, and ensuring smooth execution of field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation of NGO programs and initiatives at the field level
Conduct field visits and interact with beneficiaries and local communities
Support data collection, surveys, and reporting activities
Coordinate with internal teams and local stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation of field activities
Represent the organization during community outreach programs
Provide regular updates and feedback to the management team

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: [12th Pass / Graduate – specify as needed]
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork
Basic understanding of social work or NGO operations (preferred)
Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills:

Local language proficiency
Basic reporting and documentation skills
Passion for social impact and community development
