Job Description For Field Sales Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven professional to join our team as an OOH Media Sales and Client Servicing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in media sales, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of the Out of Home (OOH) advertising landscape. As part of our growing team, you will play a crucial role in selling our media inventory and ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the OOH media industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

• Develop customized advertising solutions tailored to client needs and objectives.

• Coordinate and manage the execution of campaigns, ensuring a smooth process from sale to delivery.

• Analyze client performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.

• Provide regular updates and reports on activities, and campaign results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience in media sales and/or client servicing, preferably within the OOH industry is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve client requirements.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
