Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell high-quality texture paint products. The role involves meeting interior designers, architects, and clients to generate business and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Visit interior designers, architects, and construction sites for business development

Promote and sell company’s texture paint products

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct product presentations and explain features to clients

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

Track market trends and competitor activities

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or 12th pass (any stream)

Freshers are welcome

Experience in field sales / paint / building materials is an advantage

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong convincing and negotiation ability

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Ability to build professional relationships

Salary

Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Other Requirements

Must be comfortable with field sales

Bike and valid driving license are mandatory
