Job Title: Field Sales Executive
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating new leads, building customer relationships, following up on prospects, and maximizing sales opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting company services, and developing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, door-to-door marketing, and referrals.
Promote company services and convert potential leads into confirmed sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
Identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
Submit regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Good knowledge of field sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using digital tools for sales reporting.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented with a positive attitude.
