Job Summary :

Policy Bazaar Partners is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of Relationship Manager (RM). The role involves recruiting and managing agent partners, driving insurance sales (Motor, Life & Health), and developing business within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruit and onboard agent partners in the assigned territory.

• Build strong relationships to drive insurance sales.

• Conduct field visits for partner engagement, training, and business development.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Train partners on products and the PBPartners portal/app.

• Ensure partner retention and maintain portfolio health.

• Support partners in service requests like claims, cancellations, and endorsements.

Candidate Requirements :

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication and relationship management skills.

• Comfortable with field sales and target-based roles.

• Self-driven and able to work independently.

Compensation :

• CTC: ₹2.50 LPA + Benefits
