Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Relationship Executive / Financial Associate to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and offering comprehensive financial solutions. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about financial advisory and sales, with a focus on Mutual Funds and related investment products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management & Service

• Engage proactively with existing investors to understand their financial goals and conduct regular portfolio reviews.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and insightful responses to client queries and transactional needs.

• Strengthen relationships by identifying opportunities to expand client wallet share and promote relevant financial solutions.

2. Business Development & Sales

• Acquire new retail and high-net-worth (HNI) clients through networking, referrals, and business development strategies.

• Cross-sell and up-sell various financial products to meet client needs and maximize revenue.

• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

3. Financial Advisory & Compliance

• Conduct detailed financial needs assessments to recommend appropriate investment and protection products.

• Maintain thorough product knowledge across Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, and related instruments.

• Ensure complete and accurate documentation, including KYC and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  Certifications such as NISM or IRDAI licenses will be an added advantage.

• Experience: 0–1 year of experience in sales or financial advisory roles. Candidates from the Insurance sector may also apply.

• Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasion and target-achievement skills.

• Client Orientation: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a client-first approach.

• Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial products and market dynamics.

• Self-Motivated: Highly driven, proactive, and eager to build a career in financial services.
