About The Ad Company

The Ad Company is an advertising and media agency helping brands reach their customers through strategic and high-impact advertising solutions.

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive who can meet potential clients, generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with brands and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across Mumbai.

• Conduct regular field visits and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.

• Generate new leads through cold calling, references, networking and field visits.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable travelling and meeting clients across Mumbai.

• Confident in approaching new businesses and decision-makers.

• Good negotiation and convincing skills.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / WhatsApp / Email.

• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Candidates with experience in Advertising, Media, OOH, BTL, Real Estate, Digital Marketing, Corporate Sales or B2B Sales will be preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of Field Sales / B2B Sales experience preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence and a genuine interest in sales may also apply.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives

Compensation will depend on experience and interview performance.

We are looking for someone who does not want to sit behind a desk all day.
