Position: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Job Overview:
We are hiring dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) who will be
responsible for selling Lead Height’s Digital Marketing Services to B2B clients through field visits and
direct client interactions. This role involves meeting business owners, generating leads, and
converting them into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit potential B2B clients in assigned areas to generate new business opportunities.
• Initiate direct interaction with business owners and decision-makers.
• Explain clearly: - What digital marketing is - Why it is important for business growth - How digital marketing helps businesses grow - Lead Height’s services and offerings
• Convince clients to schedule a Google Meet / in-person presentation.
• Conduct or coordinate presentations regarding: - Company profile - Digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Achieve daily visit targets, meeting targets, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and update client data, follow-ups, and visit reports in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English required).
• Confidence to interact face-to-face with business owners.
• Willingness to travel and work in field sales.
• Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing.
• Ability to handle rejection and work under target pressure.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Meet, Excel, and reporting.
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
• Prior experience in field sales or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
