Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales and marketing activities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to design effective sales campaigns.
Ensure timely reporting and documentation of sales performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA preferred).
1–4 years of experience in sales and marketing (BFSI/Insurance preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel for business development.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to 4.25 LPA (depending on experience).
