Field Sales Executive – Musical Instruments

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell musical instruments across assigned territories. The role involves visiting music stores, schools, academies, event organizers, and individual musicians to build relationships, generate leads, and close sales. The ideal candidate loves music, understands instruments, and enjoys meeting people on the ground.
Visit music stores, distributors, schools, academies, and institutional clients regularly
Promote and sell musical instruments (e.g., guitars, keyboards, drums, violins, wind instruments, accessories)
Demonstrate products and explain features, sound quality, and usage
Identify new customers and develop long-term relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer preferences
Maintain accurate records of sales visits, orders, and payments
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Participate in product launches, music events, exhibitions, and demos
Education: High school / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience:
1–3 years in field sales (experience in musical instruments, audio equipment, or lifestyle products is a plus)
Basic knowledge of musical instruments and accessories
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field travel and meeting customers daily
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
Ability to build rapport with musicians and retailers
Background in music (playing an instrument or music education)
Existing network with music stores, teachers, or bands
Experience conducting product demos
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
